Danny Wimmer Presents Introduces Offstage with DWP

In lieu of the cancellations of this summer’s festivals, Danny Wimmer Presents brings you Offstage with DWP.

With the likes of Louder Than Life, Sonic Temple, and Welcome To Rockville canceled for this year during to the pandemic, Danny Wimmer Presents have been working to find another way to bring the music to the masses. Offstage with DWP is a new online series which will bring you never before seen performances from previous DWP festivals, band interviews, exclusive acoustic performances, and more.

“Like so many other live event producers, we have been severely impacted by COVID-19,” says DWP Chief Marketing Officer Chamie McCurry.  “We miss our festival experience and we know our fans do too, so we wanted to take this opportunity to offer some unique and original content rooted in our rock & roll lifestyle.”

Offstage with DWP will kick off on Friday, June 12 where you can see the full headline set of Metallica’s performance at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, OH from May 2017. In future weeks, you will get to see the Foo Fighters’ set from 2019’s Sonic Temple. There will also be interviews with the likes of Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach, Brent Smith of Shinedown, and Randy Blythe of Lamb of God. There will also be acoustic performances from Tim McIlrath of Rise Against, and Lzzy Hale and Joe Hottinger of Halestorm.
