It’s been five years since three-piece band, Model Stranger, put out new music, but they are making that right with the release of a full-length album, Phases. Over the last two years, they worked up a list of around 50 songs, and had the arduous task of whittling them down to an album’s worth. Singer and guitarist Stephen Francis and bassist Kevin James chatted with us about how they chose which songs would make it onto the album, their writing process, and releasing an album during a pandemic.
Phases is set for release on November 13. They are marking the release with two live-streams – one on November 12 on Twitch, and the other on November 13 on Facebook Live. Make sure to tune in.
