JXDN at The Hall in Little Rock, AR

While on his I Hope This Never Ends Tour, pop-punk artist Jxdn blew fans away at The Hall in Little Rock.

Jaden Hossler, who goes by the stage name Jxdn, made his way to Arkansas as his 2023 North American leg of the tour is coming to an end. In 2019, Jaden rose to fame thanks to TikTok. Since then, he has accumulated almost 10 million followers. In early 2020, after attending a Juice WRLD concert, he decided he wanted to make music. That same year, he released his debut single “Comatose.” He was then signed to DTA Records by Travis Barker. This year, he has released three singles, “FUMD,” “Friends With Benefits,” and “FREAK,” two of which are in collaboration with artists Amelia Moore and Beauty School Dropout.

Accompanying Jaden on the thirty-plus shows this tour is the band Beauty School Dropout. The Los Angeles-based band is made up of four members: Cole Hutzler (vocals), Mike Rose (drummer), Bardo (guitar), and Brent Burdett (bass). Last year, they released their debut album, We Made Plans & God Laughed. Beauty School Dropout did an insane job of hyping up the crowd. There was no lack of singing and dancing at the barricade. Early on, they sang one of their unreleased songs, “Dying to Be You.” Toward the end of their set, they invited artist Royal & the Serpent onto the stage to perform a song with them. Afterward, they did a cover of Taylor Swift’s “Love Story.” They left the audience pumped and more than ready for the headliner to start.

At 9:00 PM, Jxdn opened his set with his latest single “Friends With Benefits” before singing a few songs from his 2021 debut album Tell Me About Tomorrow. Performing alongside Jaden were Brent Burdett (bass), Tosh (drummer), and Kenji Chan (guitar). He later performed a cover of Coldplay’s “Yellow.” Following “Yellow,” he played a 2020 throwback, his single “Pray.” Later on in the set, he sang another cover, “The Hills” by The Weeknd. As his show was coming to an end, he invited Beauty School Dropout back out onto the stage to perform the single they recorded together that was released earlier this year, “FREAK.” He then played one more song, “WANNA BE,” before closing the set with his hit single “Angels and Demons.” The song peaked at number five on the US Rock chart in 2020.

Jxdn has a few more shows left as he heads west to wrap up his tour. This is  a concert you don’t want to miss. Jaden has built a beautifully accepting community that would welcome any and every type of person. The audience in Little Rock did an amazing job of making everyone feel included and we can assume the same about the rest of this incredible fan base.
