Justin Moore At Indian Ranch In Webster, MA

Country star Justin Moore makes a rare daytime appearance in the North East in support of his upcoming album Straight Outta The Country.

On a hot and sunny summer day, fans arrived at Indian Ranch in Webster, MA for an afternoon of great country music. It was kicked off by Country newcomer Nate Barnes. Nate is a Michigan native who now resides in Nashville. He came on stage ready to perform and got the crowd warmed up. He kicked off his set with his hit “Back Home Band.” He then performed more of his new songs.

Before his last song, he began to tell a short story about how he had gone through a dark time in his life and a friend showed him he was worth something. He told him there is a big life waiting for him. This led him to write the hit single “You Ain’t Pretty” which is also the title of his new EP. He told the crowd “stand up and get on your feet.” Fans gave him much respect and a standing ovation at the end of his performance.

With the American Flag flying high, the Indian Princess Riverboat in the background, and the beach gleaming from the bright sunshine, the National Anthem was sung by an Indian Ranch staff member. This made the crowd join together to get ready to enjoy some good old country music from Justin Moore. Justin came out dressed in a white t-shirt and cowboy hat. He stepped on stage in front of his drummer Tucker Wilson’s drum set which featured the iconic image of Nascar Legend Dale Earnhardt Sr.

He began his set with “That’s Why We Drink” from his 2019 release Late Nights and Long Necks. He paused after the second song “Kinda Don’t Care” to say “It’s good to be back on stage. I’m a bit nervous, we haven’t played a lot of shows.” He began to play a song, which was a hit for country legend Waylon Jennings and the theme song from The Dukes of Hazzard “Good Ol’ Boys.” This got the crowd raising their drinks high in the air. He went to the mic and thanked all the servicemen and women who have served past and present, which led into the song ” The Ones That Didn’t Make It Back Home.” The crowd was holding up their beers and swinging their phones in the air.

He gets on the mic again and asks the crowd, “Are you having fun so far? We are used to playing at night so my voice is just starting to wake up. Do you need a drink? I feel you guys need a drink!” This leads him into the song “Like I Need A Drink.”

Justin continued to play songs from his new album Straight Outta The Country. He rounded out the show with a few more of his most famous hits which included, “Small Town USA,” and “Backwoods.” When it came time for the encore, he came back on and played the well-known David Lee Murphy hit single, “Dust On The Bottle.” His final song of the show was a Motley Crue hit “Home Sweet Home,” which Justin had previously collaborated on  with Vince Neil. During the end of the song, the band continued to play while he was signing boots, hats, and memorabilia for the fans. While signing the autographs, he takes off his cowboy hat, signs it, and places it on the head of a little girl in the front row. These are the little things that make memories for fans of all ages.

Once all the signing has concluded, he waves to the crowd and says “Thanks for coming. I’m Justin Moore. Goodnight!”
